RAK Half Marathon
Encouraging wellness for both physical and mental well-being and integrating into the local community – Wynn colleagues participated in the RAK Half Marathon.
Desert Safari
New team members embarked on a desert safari where they enjoyed a selection of activities including camel rides, sand dune bashing, dinner and a live show with fire performances.
Hole-in-one Charity Challenge
Donated 1,000,000 AED to UAE charity, Heroes of Hope for the World’s Highest Hole-In-One attempt from the 22nd floor of the Resort development in partnership with DP World.
RECOGNITION
All-Star Jet Trip
Every quarter, 13 of Wynn Las Vegas’ exceptional leaders are recognized as All-Stars and whisked away on the company’s private jet to a five-star destination for a celebration in their honor.
Star Award Presentation
We celebrate our best employees through the Stars and All-Stars programs. Employees receive cash awards and other great prizes in recognition of their exemplary work and leadership.
