Curtis Borja, from Guam, began his hospitality career at 15 with an internship at the Guam Visitors Bureau. While studying at local colleges, he worked in various hotel departments, learning the value of dedication. Curtis later advanced at Hotel SunRoute Guam and Outrigger Resorts, holding key management roles.

In 2008, Curtis moved to Las Vegas to continue his career with Wynn Resorts. Over 16 years, he worked in multiple roles, including Director of Guest Service at Encore Boston Harbor. In 2021, he became Executive Director of Pool and F&B Operations at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, where he successfully unified leadership teams and improved guest experiences.
